The Alvita sharps container ranges have been enhanced to enable compliance with the requirements of the Safe Management of Healthcare Waste guidance published by the Department of Health. They are available in two sizes, 1L and 5L... and colours; yellow and purple Yellow bins are for the disposal of sharps that have been contaminated with medicinal products, purple bins are for disposal of cytotoxic or cytostatic contaminated products.
