Infrared Ear Thermometer

The Alvita Infrared ear thermometer enables safe, accurate and fast temperature measurements in the ear. Suitable for both adults and children, the thermometer uses an infrared detector, allowing for non-invasive use in the sensitiv...e ear area. Clear measurements are available in just one second on the large, backlit LCD display. The product also features a fever alarm, audibly warning of excessively high body temperature. It can store up to nine reading results in the built-in memory, enabling easy comparison of temperatures over time. When used with children, the convenient backlit display allows the user to read the thermometer in a darkened room without the need to turn on the lights, thus avoiding the potential to disturb the child. The thermometer is supplied with 20 probe tip covers, a fresh one of which should be used in each reading, enabling a hygienic measurement which prevents the transmission of ear wax to the device.
